If anyone smokes Marlboros regularly, do they still put out that catalog or am I saving my Marlboro miles for nothing? I haven't received a catalog for a long time (changed addresses) and since they passed that law where they can't distribute those pamphlets around here, I don't know.

 

in the city that i live in they passed an ordaniance that no new business can have smoking in it??? there is a grandfather clause for existing places. i am a non smoker and love the fact that everywhere you go there is no smoking. no more smoking or non smoking seating.

 

I smoke for the time being but fully respect none smokers, I just hated it when you get those anal non smokers that talk so badly about smokers.

Here in CA smoking has been banned in public buildings for several years. Legislation just passed to ban smoking in public parks, ball parks/stadiums, any public location, inside or out.

My parents were both heavy smokers; my mother died of congestive heart failure in April, 1997 and my dad died of lung cancer that same year. She passed unexpectedly, but I was with him at the end.

It's the one bad habit I never developed. I might go blind, but at least I'm unlikely to get lung cancer!

 

Of course I do it is a nasty habit but someone has to do it.
