I think it is time for a new job or a new hobby that you can afford, if you are riding on shit like that.

Sorry to be an asshole, but you can die if you blow out a front tire at speed. I know times get hard, but if you can't find a buck twenty for a tire, you should wait to ride.

You are so-o-o-o-o-o lucky you didn't crash! That is effed up tyre wear! Not that I think it's from anything other than over-use! Riding hard would've put the bald patches closer to the edge IMHO. You should've parked it up long ago and use the loot u save on gas to buy a new tyre, man!

Oh and if you did crash - here in SA the insurance man would've taken one look at that tyre and would've thrown the claim out the window.

skipping rides because you're worried the tire will go down? How about how shitty your bike must have been handling for the last 1500 miles? You should also consider buying a tire gauge.

stuff like this is why I don't like to ride with other guys I don't know. Come into a turn with a guy who treats his bike like that to have him lowside and take out another guy, no thanks. Bad enough I stop and offer first aid to guys who disregard their lives like that.

guys like you shouldn't ride. :ugh

you posted a picture of your front tire about 5 steps past dangerous. That's what you get. Next time post a picture of you doing something smart if you want a compliment.
Excellent post. Riding on a tire near that is stupid. My tire has 1000x more tread and it is being replaced. That's just plain stupid................................:2bitchsla

EDIT: Infact, I'm having a hard believing that you only put 3500 miles. I made it 4500 miles on my stock front tire and put some serious wear and tear on it (melted the tread once/twice) and still had 1k times more tread.. I call :bs without more pics of the odometer and more pics.
