What's your question? I used to work as an assistant manager at Cycle Gear.

Cycle Gear seems to have a policy of hiring only the most incompetent motorcycle ignorant idiots on the planet.

The one located near you off of 75 has gotten better and the new staff is knowledgeable. They're actually hiring for some part-time help but the position will probably pay no more than $7-$8/hour. They REALLY need someone that is knowledgeable in dirtbike gear and accessories right now.

I was just at that store (Plano off of 75) on Sunday. Got a pair of 04 A* boots there for my girlfriend at 100 bucks with tax. The manager there was awesome. Really nice guy and seems to know his business. His name Dave if my memory serves me correct. Sorry, don't think that will help you get a job but it is a good sign that he might be a good guy to work for.

As for my question Shyong. I will PM you.

I feel where you're comin from. Working at a dealership is much better but its so hard to get a foot in the door at one of those places. Especially during the "off season". I know most of the regular staff there and they're much better than the bunch of clowns who worked there before them. Dave is the manager and Natalie (she's cool as heck) is the assistant manager so ask for either of them. Since there job is like any other general retail job they get payed similiar wages.
