In WSBK, Vtwins can be 1000cc, while inline 4's can only be 750cc. They do this because the two engines are equal in horsepower numbers, however, the twins have much more torque and a much flatter curve. This is why you see in the straight's twins start to catch up, but in the corners the twins can pull alot harder and especially coming out of corners, the twins can pull much harder much sooner. It will be interesting when they let 1000cc 4's race, but I think the restrictions will keep them down, and the Duc's and RC51's will still rule the circuit.
