ok...forget that...stock 2015 R1 is 40.5mm also......shit!!!

 

I was hopeful for this, too. Not only are they the same size, they're the exact same part number! Motion Pro Rev2 kit is 10 times more expensive than the R6 tube, but it'll fix you up and clean up the slop in the throttle as well.

 

Does anybody know what size the Graves or the new Driven tube is?

 

Check riders discount on ebay. They usually sell the motion pro kits a lot cheaper than online stores. I think i got my kit for my r6 for $105.

So I'm running down this rabbit hole looking for a 1/5 turn throttle for the R1M that will fit in the stock throttle housing. Has anyone found something that works to shorten the throw? Does the Graves unit reduce the throw or is it a 1/4 turn like the stock tube?

I bought the Motion Pro Rev2 kit and it won't fit with stock bars and Nissin M/C so that isn't an option. Any other suggestions?

I did it to mine.. It works fine. I may still do the motion pro in the future

 

How much throttle throw do you have now? Stock is 90 degrees or 1/4 turn. I'd like to be at a 75 or around 1/5 turn.

Yep, I am if it's a reasonable cost.

 

Should be able to do around $68 shipped within USA if we can get a few people interested.

 

I'm in only if it doesn't replace the stock throttle housing. If it replaces the stock housing and its a 90 degree bend then it won't fit on stock clipons with a stock master.
