Although Reds not my my color, I admit, that is a VERY nice looking bike. But for that price + shipping expenses, I'd rather get a preferred color, such as silver, white, blue, or SE yellow.

Thanks! I've actually been looking on Cycletrader, but nothing interests me for various reasons. Either from a dealer that is notorious for swapping odometers/rolling back miles and covering scratched fairings with stickers, to someone who buys bikes with mods, sells the mods, and then relist the bikes, in OEM form. And then there are the Raven R1's that I do not like. No offense to anyone, I just don't like black bikes.

Just posting here to see if there is anything else locally available.

i have a 04 liquid silver/gun metal R1 i just built this bike the only thing it needs is a motor!! you can get a goo engine off ebay for about 1500 the frame on this bike doesn't have VIN# reason is i just bought a new OEM frame from Sumofallparts.net! I have my receipt for the purchase in order to get VIN# stamped into frame at the local Texas DMV. But the bike has to be complete for the DMV to inpsect the bike for get VIN assigned. i even have the paper work from the Texas DMV. i have plenty of pics of the process of building the bike and pics of the bike right now!! let me know and if your interested make me an offer! i'm located in Corpus Christi.

 

PM with any questions i will provide any pic of any angle you desire upon request. I will take pics of the receipt of the frame and the VIN# to provide proof that it HASN'T been REMOVED!!!!
