I would like to offically extend my apologies to www.indysuperbikes.com ! The brake lines I have been complaining about not recieving was sitting at my neighbors house since the 30th of DEC! (I could :2bitchsla him for not walking over 50 feet to ask if it was mine since he opened it and since I am the only one on the block to ride bikes)

I was wrong to accuse indysupersbike.com for the delay when it was actually UPS:argue !

When I am wrong I say I am wrong:dunno !

Chris I am SORRY!

I hate the way some places say they carry everything in stock and then drop ship it from the factory. Itdoes take a long time to get it.

www.indysuperbikes.com sucks A$$! They barely carry anything in stock! They drop ship your stuff from the factory! I ordered Galfer brakes klines because they were $10 cheaper than Tobefast! BIG MISTAKE! It has been 3 weeks and no brake lines yet! I called Chris Fruits at Indy and he said it is out of his hands it is now up too Galfer and can't give me a refund until I get them from Galfer then ship them back to him!! I will NEVER order from there again! NEVER:no! They are :bs !
i agree, i've order something for my friend and it was drop ship from canada..sucks because you cant even track the order from that point....i called them and they have now idea when it will arrive. I told them how stupid that you let other companies manange your business and reputation....
:bs

They are good guys, but your situation does suck. I dont see why they wont let you cancel the order though.

Most places drop ship items, mainly because carrying huge inventory = higher prices for us. Pretty much everything Ive ordred in the last year had to be ordered in as they werent stocked, this goes for a number of retailers.

Hope you get your deal squared away, but they are good people that really need to be bashed like this.

i have dealt with them in the past as well and can say i had a good experience with them, even though i had to exchange an item. chris was helpful and pleasant. as a dealer myself, it is impossible to carry the kind of inventory of a giant online retailer or parts house. sometimes customers are not appreciative of how difficult it is to offer a wide variety of product, keep SOME items in stock and still maintain competitive pricing. small retailers simply can not afford to do this.

:iamwithst I too have bought from Indy. in the past and had good results. Hope you get them soon:)

Indy has been good to me over the years. Recently my PCIII went "missing" through UPS and they solved it next day.

Their orders take a few days longer..but generally their prices are the best around. And I DO shop around.

I ordered my boots from them and should be in this Monday. took alittle over 2wk so far. As long as I get the boots and there is nothing wrong with them and are new. I will deal with them again. If not I will file with my CC and get my money back.
Do like kneedraggers.com but didn't have the boots in stock. Indy didn't as well but told me they they can get it and ship it out to me so just have to see.

ALOT of places drop ship stuff... Often times you get it even quicker... What sucks is when it doesn't go right, it is a pain in the ass... Still total :bs that you can't cancel your order...

Bought a Yoshi there, no problems whatsoever.
Good luck with your brakelines.
I just bought a Yoshi through Indy, tracking it to be delivered this Tuesday. Hope there aren't any problems. I know they are having it drop shipped and that it's taking a little longer than if they had it stocked, but half the fun of ordering online is the wait. Getting ready to order Galfer ss brake lines, and if all goes well with Indy, I'll be getting the lines through them.

IT MIGHT BE IMPOSSIBLE TO CARRY ALL INVENTORY, BUT AT LEAST GET A TRACKING NUMBER FROM THE FACTORY WHEN THEY DROP SHIP AND RELAY IT TO THE CUSTOMER

If you paid for the stuff using a credit card and they wont cancell your order then call the CC and talk to them :)

I'll only end up doing business once with a company that doesn't offer a tracking #
just can't wait to get my boots in:D

hope things will work out for you or just call you CC and get a refund and place another order if you can.

to me.....when i buy anything online, i don't exppect them to have it instock. Most dealers/vendors rarely do anyway. i try to find the cheapest of them all. you gonna have this type of issues everywhere. Basically can't blame them dealers. the manufacturer/ distributors are to blame mostly. We can't expect them to to have everything in stock.

No this place is not a warehouse as it may seem, I have been there a couple times, walk in to a barbershop and this place is maybe half that size, they do carry "displays" but nothing is majorly stocked. It sux that you are having his problem with them because they are good people hopefully every thing works out for you in the end.

if that is true..i will support them. they give the lowest price and they try their best to get a name for themself. every body got to start somewhere in the beginning. of course i will still buy from sponsors ronayers mrcycles etc. i think everybody will agree when i say ...do what ever you want with your money.

When you see something like that, just drop Shane a PM, he'll price match most anything :thumbup
:iamwithst

JG is right - ISB had a part that was priced slightly better than McCoy and Chad in sales met the price with no hesistation. I always give McCoy's the first shot at the part, and if they don't sell it then I go elsewhere but only in those cases. Kneedraggers.com also drop ships from time to time but they are so excellent to deal with, second only to McCoy. :fact
