Yoke mount for stem hole?

Hi all, I was curious if anyone has had any success with the yoke mounts for the stem hole on our bikes? I don't like the ram insert that comes with the ram mount. Only problem is that there aren't any sizes for the yoke mount for our size. This is assuming that i measured correctly and our stem hole size is 13mm. Can anyone confirm this for me, or comment back if they've had luck with the yoke mount.

I can't for the life of me install the ram stem insert correctly and it keeps ending up twisting on me and it's not secure inside the stem hole. So that's the reason I gave up on that one and instead got the recommendation to use the yoke mount. I just don't know the size of my 2016 r1 stem hole. Thanks still haha
