I know they are a forum sponsor but before they spend any more money on advertising I think they need to drop a few bones to get some customer service people with some class and decency about them. I called to order a seat bracket, and the parts guys was a real smartass and i had the part# so he wouldnt have to look it up. Quote, " Well iaint got dat der in stock", me:"ok, well how long before you could get it in", "Well ida have to order it from Honda itdbe 5 days or so", me: "5 days or so, I think I'll order from someone that can give me a better idea of when it would be in".
If it takes 5 days then fine, but dont tell me 5 days or so, shit he could mean 5 days or 3 weeks.
I own a Trailer sales company and I know that to bring repeat business your customers want you to treat them special which is what I do. I keep them informed, and I know we are talking a $20 part versus a $25k trailer, but business sales and etiquette dont differ that much.
