Count me in, along with Doug and Bill. Whether they like it or not.

I'll pay her directly, or you I don't care, but according to my budget, can't pay until Jan 5th.

Also, tell her that I am a definite, unless I die. I'll be there. I don't care if its raining and 30. I'll ride.

Hell yea Randy. This sounds like a blast... you can count me in, and I will pay within a week or so from today. It may be a good idea to post a thread in the general section also so we can be sure to get enough people.
Can't wait! Jennings in January was the shizzle last year :lol

Sounds good guys. Jennifer said it would be better and much less confusing if we just paid her one time for all of us. She suggested we appoint one person to collect the money, names and rider class then PayPal them the track fees by the first week in January.

Another option would be for one of us { who wants too} just pay with their credit card for xxx many of spots say within the next few weeks then everyone can reimburse that person. Again, I'm open for suggestions.

Ok, lets get a list going. I can edit the names on the list if you can't add yours.

1. Skeeter {Randy} Saturday only
2. .06dragons {Sal} Saturday only
3. VroomR6 {Bill}
4. BluAreWun {Doug}
5. LE351 {Marty}
6. SVTLightning/Road Beaver {Justin}

I think it would be best to send money to an organizer and then send in the cash in one lump sum. Let me know who we are sending to.
Sounds like a bad idea to put on someones credit card beforehand... I would set the deadline for first week or something in January, Randy.

Do you think we should get it sent in a little earlier than that? at least before Jan 1st? Jennings draws a good crowd in January.

Yes, I agree Doug. We need to get in the money ASAP. January open track days at Jennings fill up very quick. Many riders are trying to get in practice before Daytona. When I talked to her Saturday night she told me some riders are are ready booking for the 20 & 21st. The longer we put it off the tougher it's going to be.

Bill, I agree with you in sending in the fees in one lump sum. We just need to set a closing date and get the money in asap.

Did the lady there say that she was saving 10 spots if we gave her the word? If not... yeah, we should hustle on this one lol
Bill, no spots are being saved for us. To do that we need to pay up front with a CC like I suggested then everyone reimburse that person. She just quoted me a group rate with at least 10 riders. If we only get 10 or more for one day then we get that rate for the day. If less that 10 on the other day then you can pre register for that day for a price of $125.00

Doug,, thanks for the head's up PM.

Hell, I'll lock this one down if need be, Obviously I'm in. I'm doin' the New Year's Track Bash over New Year's Holiday and am workin' with Jenn on it.

Randy, I don't mind being the centerpoint for the bucks. I'll create a new PayPal account just for this. Damn,,,,,, I might get to actually meet you this time? :thumbup

However,,,, count me in for sure. :)
Let me know if you want me to help with locking down 10 spots. I'll do both days.

Yeah Ben. If you want to take care of the fees that's cool with me. I'm sure we can keep using that PayPal account for future Jennings track days like this one. We seem to have lot's of interest in this type of thing and of course it's a great price too.

I sent Streetjester a PM since he's in Jacksonville now. Looks like we already have close to 10 for at least one day already.

Good deal Rob. I mentioned it to Chad when we were at Barber. He talked liked he was interested.

Randy, is it just going to be us or us in addition to an open trackday too?

If it is just us then count me and Rob in. It will be a heck of a time to get ramped up for the Race season! Plus I need to put a whoopin on the fancy new O7 R1 of Rob's:D

I am pretty sure Eddie would be in too. We do a few races at Jennings so a little extra practice would be good.

let me know.:thumbup

I don't mind at all Randy. It's just a little sumpin' I can do for the forum that has helped me. :)

Just thinkin',,, only thing I need is a list of folks that are committed to both days or one day. We need 10 riders for each day to get that rate if I read it correctly. Yep,, January spots will fill up fast with the Northern Bros comin' down to ride and practice for Daytona.

Should we set a "cut-off" date for signing up? Say December 18? Thats 2 weeks from now.
