i used to go to a gun range in Pa. called Sunset Hill shooting range..same setup..rent guns and ammo or BRING ammo and rent a gun OR bring your own shit...no license checks or anything...last time i was there a guy was firing and old military cannon!!! the dudes name was mike who ran it i beleive
