the guy can kiss ass for all I care, i feel bad for the girl..RIP If i ever saw some asshat run with a passenger I would flip out. probably catch up and hit his damn killswitch if possible..then give him the beating of his life.

Squid or not it the driver took responsability of the passengers life when he took her aboard. If he want's to do stupid shit by himself then whatever, don't be irresponsible with someone on the back no matter what nonsense they are trying to tell you to do.

I would say squid because he obviously didnt know how to manipulate his bike with a passenger.

I have two daughters and that scene makes me sick to my stomach. It exemplifies cowardice, selfishness and a total lack of respect for human life. If there is a hell, I hope that young man is roasting there as I type this reply.

speeding ticket or jail not worth ur life and that of passenger..specially at such young age with rest of there life in front of them. no we dont know what happend or why, just that it did, and its a tragedy. prayers to families and friends. ride safe everyone this is testament to that.

Just sad. The kid has paid the ultimate price for his stupidity and so did his passenger. This is also another negative outlook when ppl look at sportbikes now. But because you ride in full leathers, or do track days only or if you're the ultimate poser and never ride above 50mph doesn't give anyone the right to condemn the guy to hell and judge his life after he is dead and gone. Does these statements make you better than him?

hopefully the only good that will come out of such a tragedy is the riders that were running from the cops with that guy won''t ever ever do that again.

rip

i dont think that we need to be discussing who is at fault.
maybe if the cops would have never chased then maybe they would be alive.
maybe if he would have stop
maybe if she told him to run
maybe if he didnt listen to her
maybe i got a million and one reason to continue but....thats all we get.

now what we need to learn, that the streets are dangerous for motorcycles weather you are careful or not, bc there are people out there that dont look out for bikes.

i left the street bc i would have end up in a box. I RACE and i love it, is my passion and dont regreat once not being on the street.

i've gone down more than once and in some of those cases, i've been in the middle of a race picked up the bike and finished the race or maybe my spill at 130 MPH and skidded for about 110 yards and still got up and ran to the bike but could not finish the race bc the bike was done; (gear and no obstacles) allowed me to be lucky and walk out of those spills and let me tell you i've not gone down under 50 mph in the track.

so lets just pray for this two young people and for everyone out there, like yourself, may god keep an angel in all of you when going to the battle zone.

remember their families are in pain and i think thats more than enough.
my prayers go to their families.

AMEN.

RIP:(

sounds to me that you like to run. (hitting close to home??) :secret:

pretty much no excuse for what the rider did. period. and no defending him. what gear you wear CAN make you a squid because it's a choice you make. if you choose to ride around on public roads wearing a t-shirt and shades?? :dundun: :dundun: :dundun: or carrying a passenger that isn't at least wearing a lid and some appropriate clothing?? :dundun: :dundun: :dundun: i feel like an idiot every time i do it. i went on one 5 finute trip in two years with no lid and felt stupid.

i'm with the OP.

or maybe their adrenline was just to high....or maybe just the heat of the moment
