Wzup Venom Squadron...

I dropped my bike off to a friend of a friend that is an all round mechanic. Well the friend who recommended this guy sings his praises so I felt ok with it. He installed a new chain and gave me an oil change. I dropped it off on Sat and picked it up on Sun. I rode it home on Sun with no issues. Well today I took it out and right before I left my sub-division it cut off. I figured I came off the clutch to soon or something. No biggie...it started right back up and I was on my way. Later on I decided to go on a quick trip and it cut off again. It took several attempts and then it finally started. Now I'm pissed! :rant Before I dropped my bike off I didn't have this problem. Should I just replace the battery and see if that fixes it? :confused:

eeh that sucks. Did you test your voltage? oh ya BTW i love this bike, i got to ride it for the first time today, man what a beast.

Check oil level and chain tension:dunno that doesnt sound like a problem that could have been caused by what he did. Get a good diagnosis from that tech before you:nforc:...I was a Bike tech for years and always hated when that crap just HAPPENED right after I touched it.

i agree hopefully people have a little respect for squadron/forum rules even though they might not agree with them.

how is everyone doing tonight???
