Nice to see another track tool in the mix. Not only has Max invested in all the right parts for superior adjustment, he's invested even more time learning to maximize his riding experience. Very few bikes ever reach what Max's has.

Going to be an interesting BOTY this year :fact

Thanks Dan, I'm getting there slowly and learning every step of the way.

I'm hopefully going to get the chance to get a professional to ride it soon and then I will get some real feedback as to how I've done with it.

Latest update today. New boots.

Wow, I've gone all :blush

:lol :hammer: At Rockingham, Hodgson and Walker will be there among others... :sneaky

Damn shame, damn shame Kev won't be able to ride (although he'll be there, hopefully not in a wheelchair either) :( :( :( You'd looooove seeing that.

I didn't want to mention you as the professional but now that you've let the cat out of the bag...:)

Could do with Steve Plater, Gary Mason or Simon Crafar there as the frame was one of theirs, they where at Virgin Yam at the time it was run. It could also of been Steve Hislops as he also raced for Virgin at this time but unfortunately no longer with us.

Here's a link to the Virgin Bikes which this frame came from. Amongst some of the other bits I have fitted off them.

:lol Seriously, who've you got riding it? Someone at Cadwell?

They'll hopefully be others racers coming along to Rockingham, and rumour has it last night (and a bit of very wishful thinking on his part) that Kev may be making some sort of Edwards' style recovery and be riding in time. Personally I doubt it knowing what he's done to himself, but here's hoping.

Those images of our vintage Virgin bike is beautiful:fact
I was lucky enough to go and see/partially strip/inspect one of Hislop's bikes which is for sale at a shop not very far from Max. I took shed-loads of pictures :facts

During a recent pc-blowup I lost them all though. Absolutely gutted.

Thankfully the pro snapper that was with me got all his, but I actually got more...

I managed to pull this one off Facebook though:

Max's is now about as close to that in spec/performance as you're likely to get this side of many thousands of pounds being spent :bow

If the GP lads can ride with broken bones I'm sure Kev can, man or mouse ha ha.

Well if your not available then hopefully it will be Nail MacKenzie at Oulton, I'm working on it at present.

They certainly are, I keep having a look and not just for the girls with the ice lolly's.

I might be able to get a damper the same as that one but I've just got the Hyperpro one so I'm not sure which way to go.

Well if you ever come across a huge radiator with enough room for the ramair that I run, a thermostat and fan/s, then we'll sort it :fact Likewise if I should find one suitable for road use too, the one I have on is yours ;)

That would be fantastic if you do have those pics mate :D Ta!

Freakin' awesome bike, man. I wish my 02 race bike had half the kit you have on yours. Very nice...
