2015+ CCU download issue?

Hi all,

Having some recent trouble downloading CCU data.
CCU- WIFI is working and connecting.
I can upload Start/Finish-line, and adjust mode settings.
I have been to two seperate tracks and lap-timer works live to dash and holds lap time when the live timer is pre set before session.

However and most importantly I cannot download session / track data.
The CCU is registering storage used which is increasing with track use.

I have tried deleting and re-loading required app's.

Version 1.3.7
Android mobile device (Samsung- perviously used and holding older data)

I'm thinking the 2023 update has locked me out, is it possible to revert back to an older version?

Or another solution would be greatly appreciated.

Evening All,

Turns out patents is the key.
I came across another thread where someone had to wait 5.5min for download.

I didn't time myself in the past, however thought I had waited some time on mulitple ocasions.
Then the penny dropped if the data was loading, it was loading all used space- In my case 1.17gb.
Turns our just over 6min was the key for my unit.
Even though I didn't require to download all of these logs the unit wouldn't know this.

There has been some suggestiong about deleting already downloaded files.
However I have chose to keep these in the past for fact of possibly changing viewing devices or device failed.
Which I currently has with an Android tablet only used for track purposes, and now failing to charge.

Has anyone had any luck with a data backup for these units?
