Found a leftover 2016 in matte grey which is what I have been wanting. Sticker price is $12,799.00. Spoke to a salesman on the phone and he said OTD it would be a little more than $16,000. That seems like a lot of extra fees, especially on a 2016 that has been sitting there forever. What do you guys think is an acctual fair OTD price for that bike while still being realistic and remembering it is SoCal?

40% tax on 12,700 isn't 3300 get a new calculator. theres documentation, freight, pdi and tax.

the dealer invoice he showed u was bullshit, they get invoiced at one rate then if it hasn't sold the manufacturer will give them rebates back so they aren;t losing money its just to keep them moving along. usually rebates to the dealer get up to 5-6k on a bike depending on a few factors. 15 is a decent price otd i would be happy with it.

The sales tax is 7.5 percent plus the city tax usually between 1-2.5%. Then after that there are the DMV fees which are basically another tax. I bought my 2014 R1 for 8500 here in So Cal but OTD came out to around 10,000. The DMV Fees were right around 800 dollars may go up with how new the bike is, If they do it would actually add up to around 16,000.
