2nd gear whine

Hello everyone first post here after owning 99-00 r1s for years done engine switch outs, rebuilds, gear box rebuilds, mods etc etc on my latest 00r1 engine iv put in my bike full rebuild new piston/rings ported head thinner gasket 2nd gear replaced/uprated. Im in the running in (hard) stage have noticed 2nd gear has a slight whine when off the power/deceleration goes into gear smooth no slipping etc feels solid! Just the whine any info sugestions most welcome

the more performance oriented a transmission is the more the gears are cut straight. and the straighter they are the louder they get. it may quit over time. also make sure that the clutch lever is adjusted properly so to make sure it's not the clutch making noise. not to insult anyone's intelligence. but here is a video. I know you guys don't have a key like we do in america. but it gives you the measurement in MM.
