Hy,guys,I'm new here. I have read in the recent searches I have made that 3000rpm tach code on RN01 is reffering to TPS (throttle positioning sensor)...what could be wrong? a corroded connector ? does this error usually means that the sensor must be replaced? or does it need a proper cleaning and fitting back? thanks in advance...

You could try just taking the connector out and spray cleaning it then apply some dielectric grease to the plug and reconnect...if not then you will have to check the TPS for correct resistance and/or the wiring to the TPS.
And welcome to the forum

There's a procedure in the manual for checking the position. I believe it's just a rheostat and they can go bad from use.

ps You will need a security allen wrench to adjust it cause it has a little pin in the middle of the screw. Me, I just use a good pair of vise grips:)
