Ok, here we go! Since most everyone is looking to keep the track days going with our group, after the great time at Jennings we figured it would be best to thread up events like this one. Even though it is not run our very own Profeeeeesional Track Day Coordinators! :lol It will still be a blast! :fact

Word!!!! About to call Eddie right now. You have a place to stay in the toyhauler if you want. Im asking folks to pitch in $40 to crash in it over the weekend to help off set the fuel costs.

 

Only way I can make it is if I can meet someone in the middle...I'm worried about taking the truck all the way down

I read earlier today where Bill is racing in Nashville on 24th and 25th. Too bad, it's fun to watch him eat up the liter bikes on his R6 at Barber. :fact

 

I am not a member of NESBA, but I could be persuaded to join if there is still some novice slots open.

 

It fills up quick so if your going to do it do it fast.

 

Check out NESBA.com and see if you tell whether or not it's full. I'm not at a computer now (doin this from a BB). If you can't tell I'll check for ya when I get home. You'd have to join NESBA 1st and I think it's $95 for a year but not 100% sure.

 

I have looked at NESBA's site, but you have to be a member to see openings for track days.

Sounds like fun. I'd love to do Barber again. Did it in '06 with Chad, Rob, Sal and Eddie and a few others. Only thing is Sal and I are doing JenningsGP again on April 18th. Don't think I can swing this one after doing Jennings plus trying to save up for the Convention. I'm open possibly for something this Fall maybe. {Rebelling Roads} hint hint... I'd love hit it up for the first time.

 

NESBA is $75/yr. Barber Event is $205/day. Beginner has openings right now.

It looks like a member can sign up a guest for $245/day. If you do both days you might as well get the membership, free t-shirt, decals, etc...

NESBA runs days at NJMP and BeaverRun.

You should just leave your bike down south with someone. You can do Jennings, Barber, RA, VIR and convention, ALL from March to June. Then just fly in (if you plan it ahead you can get flights for cheaper than driving :fact )

Marcelo, Kyle and I are pretty much in the middle of it all so places like Beavrun and NJMP are right between us both so don't feel to ghosted way up there in old lobster country!

Like Kyle and Kenny, this would be my first trip to Barber.... Would have gone last year, but a particular Alabama resident didn't tell me the TD was the same day as the Talladega NASCAR race and so I worked there... right up the damn street.

 

I think we need to pull your R1-Forum membership for working at a NASCAR event. :fact

 

Still 50/50. Third week of April and October are tough ones for me. But I should know in a day or two.

Bring a long lens and a lightweight stepstool/ladder, because there's only a couple of decent areas to take pics from and are outside the fence.
