Check this out :sneaky

"Who wants the same kind of carbon fiber tools used to build carbon fiber F1 race cars and spaceships? CarbonLite calls its carbon fiber wrenches "the next generation in hand tools made in the USA."

Each in the set of 5 wrenches is constructed from 3/8" high-strength carbon fiber and has stainless steel teeth. As durable, strong, and capable as any standard metal wrench, CarbonLite's differentiate themselves with carbon fiber's trademark trait: they're super light. The entire set weighs only 6.7 ounces. This gives them the edge in portability, particularly during activities such as cycling, rock climbing, sailing, and military endeavors.

Carbon fiber wrenches carry both standard and metric sizes on each tool. The 5 included cover 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", and 5/8", and 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, and 15mm.

As per usual, carbon fiber wrench pricing reflects its base material's typical costs. CarbonLite explains the material's high-end nature as a product of the labor involved in forging it: the kind used in their wrenches has over 25 individual layers of carbon fiber cloth that is impregnated with resin, vacuum bagged, and then autoclaved to harden. In addition, the set's hardened stainless steel teeth are individually cut from 3/8" thick stock to produce a metal insert 0.05" wide. Each CarbonLite wrench takes over 9 hours to fabricate".

lol they are only closed end wrenches wtf, and do they even ratchet?

man i beat the shit outta my tools, i definitely use the wrenches as lever bars, pry bars and everything else in between, and tbh those look extremely thick and would be hard to fit in a location compared to thinner regular wrenches with an angle closed side and a open box on the other

functionally not sure why these are any better then a set of crafstman box wrenches...

only thing i can think of is if your on like a baja team and carry tools on your race truck; weight savings...

Update:

Their site says you’ll receive your wrenches in 2-4 weeks. Well, after over 4 weeks of waiting and hearing absolutely nothing from them, I sent them an email asking where my wrenches were.

Got an email back saying they had received more orders than expected and that it would be at least an additional 2 weeks.

I questioned why no one informed me of that once there was indication of a delay and why I, as the customer, had to go through e-mailing them just to get a status update after the exceeded time span of when I should’ve received them.

I get a response saying I could just either wait for them or get a refund.

My refund just cleared :thumbup

Anyone else that wants to attempt dealing with the asshats, have at it :shake
