Yes it can, although it is still set electronically via the dash.

 

Use M-1 and M-2 in your YRC settings. These are manual modes, and the damping will not vary according to road surface.

 

You have to go in service mode of ECU, by pressing mode button for few sec before turning the key on, and still keeping mode button.
The you will have two options 1. Ecu, 2. Suspension
Go for 2nd and the change to manual
