I have a 2009 R1 and 2007 R6, both with somewhat jerky on/off throttle response. I recently had both bikes reflashed by Jett Tuning and took them both to the track.

The R1 feels so different now. The new A mode cleaned up the throttle response. I used to ride it in the standard mode because A was too jerky, even at the track. Now its as smooth as can be. The on off throttle response is also super smooth. The other nice change is the reduction in engine braking. I had to re-learn sections of Roebling and start trail braking into a few turns instead of counting on the engine braking. After I got used to it I prefer it.

The top end throttle restriction is gone, bike pulls all the way to the top!

The R6 was not as dramatic a difference but the throttle response is much cleaner and I do feel a difference with the engine braking as well. Was much easier to feed in throttle smoothly without jumps in power to upset the bike in the turn.

Some of the best money i've spent on both bikes.

My wallet is starting to hurt guys. I need to wait until tax time as I'll be getting a fat check, FAT, for once. But you guys are making it difficult to wait. Graves has 20% right now too (upper and lower stacks) so it's like a crack fiend not smoking a loaded crack pipe sitting in his hand. grrrrrrr.

i think im gonna go with the graves low mount exhaust. i just need to find a undertail that i like. i like the look of the duals but my mission this winter is to make this thing as light as possible.
i'm so 50/50 on the exhaust :lol i love the looks of both, but you're right, there needs to be a "plug 'n' play" option for the undertail..the only one i've seen has to be painted and fabricated a bit to fit the tail light in

definitely need something plug n play. the mechanical stuff for me is no problem. but im by no means a paint and body man lol

Already done with the works top and bottom stacks air box mod and full titanium graves low mount exhaust. Also have the reflash and the pc5 and sfm. Now if my dyno guy would wake up so I can get it tuned right I would be set. By the way the exhaust alone will drop 17lbs of weight. I also have the speedcell 6.9 battery and that dropped another 6 pounds thats 23 right off the bat.:flex::dollar

23lbs is pretty damn good. ive got the flash and bazzaz, but just a 3/4 exhaust at the moment. im also curious how much difference the stacks make? once you get it tuned let us know what kinda numbers you made:thumbup

In response to the stacks I actually did a write up on them a little while back do a search for works graves velocity stacks or my name and You will find the thread. Definately worth the money and when combined with the low mount system its like night and day. I will post the dyno numbers as soon as i can get my dyno guy and get some time. Hopefully soon. The bike just wants to rev with ease. Pulled on to the highway today and albe damned she just pulls. Also did a couple runs to the new redline thanks to the jett flash and as the limiter cuts in at 14500 it feels like the bike will pull even more. The power just builds all the way. The bike has some big balls now. Will give numbers when the dyno happens.:flex:

did you notice any power loss on the bottom end?
