Power pure is the replacement I believe.

 

That's what I thought, and it's been out for awhile. I think I had a set 2 years ago.

 

yep, they started phasing them out last summer I beleive. I put on some fresh Power Pure 2ct's this summer, they're even better than the pilot power 2ct's I've burned through.

 

My next set :flex:

 

They're almost a sports tourer compared to the latest offerings.

 

2ct were great but the pures are hands down my favorite for the street.

 

Michelin Power One - they don't last, but the stick like all hell while they do.

 

So far, our Michelin Rep has told us the Pilot Pure is being discontinued and there is a Pilot Power 3 on the way..... and trying to get more info on the other tires that may be on the way out and IN... :thumbup

Hooray! Well that seemed like a short run for the pure. Ran powers and power 2cts for years till I tried the 211's. I've heard equal good and bad about the pures, but it's all personal preference and riding style I guess.

 

i loved my power pures, Great milage too. on my BST's , but they combo was so light that i was turning in to soon and adjusting in corners . Now running dunlop and the cornering is more neutral steering.

 

They prob keep them as a cheaper tire while the new pilot power 3 will cost around the same as the pures.

 

Hope the power 3 will be as light as the Pures then. Makes a big difference on heavier bikes.

Seems like the Pures are a love it or hate it thing but I really like them. Never had an issue.

 

The Power 3 is just what we've heard from our Rep so far. We're diggin on them for more info...

The problem with that is I cant find a 190/55 in stock.

 

Just try out the Q2 and you'll have a new tire you'll love and forget about the...what was the tire you mentioned? Haha j/p but seriously
