I have some carbide studded tires for my KTM, maybe I'll put them on the R1:crash

 

Snow is this white stuff thats really cold and makes you crash a lot.:crash

 

Sorry to go off topic, but what kind of tank bag are you using there, Iam having a hard time finding a decent magnetic tank bad that fits the 04 r1 since half the tank is plastic

 

It a Joe Rocket. I don't know which model, its expandable by unzipping around it. Its worked good for a few years now. Theres a safety that i put around that triple clamp but it stays in place pretty good.

 

Off subject, but my tank bag is Oxford Sports. I had it full once, and i mean FULL!!..and the magnets are perfect. As a matter of fact, the front magnets arent even needed if the tank was all metal. Great quality, and i saw the Joe Rocket....wasnt impresses in the least.

still off topic, i have an 04 r1, and i use the Icon tank bag/backpack. Personnally i love it except you have to watch out when you pull the magnets off the tank. can scratch.
