Well I just got my vortex clip-ons and the directions are shit. I have them on but they look wrong. They clear but it is hard to tighten up the bolt that go to the forks and the bolts that hold the bars on are at the top and you see the gap. I think they are on upsidown but not sure. Does anyone have any pic of vortex on their bike in would help me a lot. My e-mail is

I installed my vortex about 6 weeks ago......What kind of help do you need and I will try? You are right....the instructions suck ass.....and dont tell you which way they go. Here are some pics on how I installed mine. You do have to drill some small holes in the bars for the original controls to mount back up. The indide of the left and right units, have a nub on them that prevent them from spinning on the bar when tightened down.....If you do not know what I mean...You will when You take it apart.

Also, I forgot to tell you that the stock bar ends will not fit in the vortex bars, and I had to shrten the right bar about an inch to clear the brake resovoir. Hope this helps....Let me know what else I can do.
