This might be a stupid question but I just wanna make sure I'm doing this right.....I'm trying to set my rear preload (with the C-wrench) and it just wont move (or "click into another setting). Do I have to just force it by just pushing really hard on the C-wrench or do I have to loosen something else before??

It's hard but it will turn. Use the extension that came in the tool kit for more leverage.

Try using the "cheater handle" from the tool kit (hollow shaft that will fit over the C-wrench handle). Just use more force to get it to turn (make sure you have the C-wrench in the correct spot on the shock. It is pretty obvious, as no where else will work).
