I am VERY proud to say that I can't comment on which one is better, because I have seen neither. I agree with R1Jimmy, I can't wait til Faster comes out on DVD!

Both movies are stupid and unrealistic but who goes to movies for realism? You want realism, just get on your bike and ride. Biker Boys had the more interesting babe. Neither had a plot. Stunts gradually escalated on the unreality scale but it was fun to see the bikes and stuff. Liked BB better but would not pay more than five bucks to see either and basically suggest you wait for rental if you are a minor critic. If you are a major critic (i.e, like want reality) than don't see either.

However, on second thought (edited comments) I wonder how many dumb asses will go out and try the stupid stuff they see in this move? That's scary given the last two year increases in cycle deaths. I don't subscribe to the Darwn Theory since I know too many intelligent people who do dumb ass things. The heart and brain do not always function well when testosterone takes over. Witness Bill Clinton.

Lol, there were these two 18 year old kids (about 2 yrs older than me) sittin behind me at the theaters while i was watching torqe, and they called almost every bike in the movie a "ninja" and argues with each other that they can do better stunts when they get their bikes.
And wtf was with the ending and Leno's Y2k? He was going super fast and wasnt even tucked in. Lol. And it couldn't even catch the dude on the harley/hog/whatever the fvck u wanna call it.:dunno

Biker Boys was the WORST movie I have ever seen and was an embarrasment to all of us in the bike fraternity. The scary thing is non bikers will see the shite movie and think thats what our world is like:ugh :ugh Talk about cringe factor:scared I felt like coming over to the U.S and as you guys say 'bitch slapp' the dumb arses that wasted money on makin that movie. Torque looks alright though.

Damn! It must be cool to bash Torque. I'm not going to though, some of you peeps need a reality check. It's a movie, it is made to make money. You need to realize that motorcycles are not important to 99% of Americans.

If there were to be a film released with nothing but all real stunts and or racing and a bunch of shit about Rossi or whatever, It would be the biggest flop in Hollywood history, or it would go straight to DVD like Faster.

All movies are unrealistic and total bullshit, thats why they are movies. We should just be happy that a fvcking bike is on the big screen. Even Cube said the movie is far fetched, no one claimed it was a true life story about the biker world.

I guarantee a lot more than 1% of Americans are interested in bikes, and Faster is an independent film, and its still not on DVD. Yes it is a moovie created to make money, but cant it be realistic? Streetbikes jumping dirt and sand wtf is that? What about Cubes Trioumph being ran over by a train and then 2 scenes later he is back on it? After all the hype it got-billboards, previews, it is just a bit dissappointing. I would much rather be sitting in a theatre watching Faster than some bs like this-Faster is real and this crap is so far from real its insane.

I learned my lesson from Biker Boyz... Just because a movie has bikes in it, doesn't mean I will like it... I'm not even going to waste my money on Torque...

IMO Biker Boyz was an OK movie with a totaly stupid ending.

Torque had a very interesting opening scene with the bike raping the two import race cars followed by a very well photographed 3 bike race thru some twisties. After that this movie completly loses it. The bike chase through a desert, the bike chase through a forest, and finaly to top it all off two girls duel or joust or what ever on sportbikes. Any strong points that may have made torque better than Biker Boyz was totaly canceled out by that scene alone.

All that to say Torque was worse than Biker Boyz by a pretty wide margin.

We went to see Torque tonight . There must be something going on , the theatre was full of Fat chicks ??

The main thing I saw that was unrealistic was the lead Bad guy was on a Yamaha Warrior with chain drive , Billet wheels etc and still had the bigass stock can ...what's up wit that ??
Well that and Jamie Pressly playing a hoe ...that seemed strange ..:cryin
