If my battery is completely dead should I still use the junior or should I get the 1.25 amp charger?

 

Either is ok.

 

I use the Battery Tender brand like the junior above but neither of mine are the junior. They are both the regular ones. I have one on the R1 and one one the DRZ.

 

I bought mine at Advance Auto Parts. It's not the Tender brand, but as long as it's got a full float mode your good to go.

 

It's the best thing you can do for your battery. Mine is going on 6 years and still going strong.

 

:iamwithst my original battery finaly gave up the ghost after 7yrs, been using the battery tender since new, I have the quick disconnect cable zip-tied to my subframe for easy access without removing the seat or battery :thumbup

I have both the JR and the Plus. I like the Plus better.
I think it was only $10 more then the JR

 

I picked mine up at NAPA. I think it's a Battery Tender brand with a NAPA decal on it. 900mA output with a quick connect.

I picked up a 12 volt solar trickle charger for my wife's TT-R125LE. I have a couple of windows in the garage, and it doesn't need direct sunlight to charge. I just clip it to the battery and set it on top of the bike so it faces one of the windows.

The one I linked isn't the one I have. But, they're all pretty similar.

 

The BT JR. is all you really need, we sell them for $25.99 and they are always in stock. One of the best investments you can make for your bike.
