I use skull candys for when im at work. I had ordered some off brand on ebay for bike riding just before it got stolen..so i never got to test them out. but they are flat and about the size of a silver dollar. stick the backin into the ear area of the helmet...the speaker goes on next then the final cover which connects to the first piece via velcro that way if you dont want the phones in...just take off velcro remove speakers and put velcro pieces back together inside helmet to keep from losing them.
ill try to find one of the auctions
oh..and cost me less then $20

I work at Best Buy I mean I had a pair of Sures that were like $200 + of course I didn't pay that..... but I hated them so I ended up getting earmuff noise canceling

Boy
Our
Shits
Expensive..

But I like them. Going to be looking into what I can get for riding might just buy a pair of earuds that cost like 40 bucks and I get for like 18 or so...

I've had two pairs of Shures in 5 years... they are absolutely the best. There are different levels in price... the SE110 is about $100 and is well worth it, I have the next step up SE210.

I use them every single time I get on my bike, I recommend the flange sleeve. The sounds is amazing and the noise isolating is great. I use them to commute and on the track.

I have the same ones and they are awesome. They make all the music I listen to before sound even better. I hear stuff with them I never heard on the CD's before. Absolutely great sound quality and noise cancellation.

I didn't like the way they fit in my ears. Why I returned them. The sound quality was awesome though.

These are ones I use. Sound quality is AMAZING deep rich sound. Fitmet is AMAZING they have 3 different ear bud sizes small, medium, and large for the perfect fit for your ear canal. Fitment is crucial in the performace of headphones. As far as comfort, I can't even tell I'm wearing them.... they are that good.

I use the shure se210's also. They sound great and stay in my ears, unlike the basic apple ipod ones. I also found using a ipod shuffle, the newer ones, work great for riding. Can clip em anywhere and they won't fall off.

Make sure you get the in-ear, canal type phones so they wont interfere with your helmet.

Ultimate ears is way up on the spectrum and can be as high as 1000+
Shure, already mentioned, makes great stuff
Etymotic as well

Some will require an amp.. I amp all my phones and it makes a lot of difference.

You really shouldn't go any other way.

Got the VModas Extra Bass, they are phenomenal. Very small form factor so those with sensitive/small earways can comfortably wear them all day long. Only gripe is that they may fall apart. Also, being that they are so small makes them extremely susceptible to any movement which may break the seal formed by the ear buds. Motions such as chewing and yawning can knock them out of place but they're pretty good about settling into a good position once inserted. I picked up a set for $50.00 and couldn't be happier with them. The bass hits like a mini 300w system.
