the day i bring one home, i hack off the mudflap. i have a collection hanging in the garage

Usually the first mod is dropping the bike to put some nice custom scratches down the side. After that (not before), typically come frame sliders.

 

1. frame slidders and clutch slidder/ remove all reflectors, stock blinkers and make fender eliminator
2. new brake lines (go fast you must stop fast)
3. flush mounts and intergrator
4. exhaust and pc3
5. levers

first thing I do to a new bike is pull the motor and rebuild it...just in case ya-know :crash

thats what I did -1 +2 its a beast!!!!!!! i guess it depends on how you ride i had a 2000 r1 wheelie machine no clutch all throttle she was coming up then i got my raven and it was so behaved in 1 st gear did the conversion and she came alive i get speed up quick now!

 

I made the dealer throw in 2bros exhaust and seat cowl. Then I did dark windscreen, HID's and fender elliminator.

Put the pipe on last after the run in......not good for the motor to run in on a after market pipe.

I did, Yoshimura TRS slip-ons, integrated tail lights, flush front turn signals and hid headlights for the first couple of days of owning my R1.

 

First thing I did was spend money on a track day with my new bike to make myself an even better/smoother rider. Is that a mod? :dunno
