What oil should i put in my ohlins steering damper?

It's got a good 10mm of play but no signs of leakage so i'm guessing it's time for some new oil, not to mention that whilst have a little bit of spirited riding on the way home from work today the bike shook it's head pretty hard a couple of times... even with the damper set too 4 from max.

Any advice is really appreciated, thanks :thumbup :bow

Thanks fella, i don't think anything to do with the rebuild is to do with the headshaking.

There's just two things that aren't helping..
My steering damper has play in it.
I need to set my suspension up better as it's squatting on hard accelleration too much making the front go light and i'm a bit hard on the direction changes as that's one thing i love about the r1. :D

had a look at the damper and it's got an allen key hole on the opposite end from the adjuster knob so i'm guessing this is the fill/drain hole.

So just another try, does anyone know what oils best to use?
Has anyone rebuilt an ohlins steering damper on here?

I'm thinking i might actually have to use the phone and ring round a few shops that do this kind of work... please save me the hassle lol :D
