01 r1 was my first bike. I rode it 200 miles and sold it for fear of my life. It took 15 thousand miles on my r6 before i moved up to a liter bike again.

HOLY SHIT! I thought you were my best friend from grade school till I noticed where you lived. Wow you look similar...crazy

Anyway, my first was 01 Gixxer750. All the bells and whistles, pearl white. God I miss that bike. I finally had to sell it after its 212th time hitting the ground. I learned to stunt on it. I was big into dirt bikes my whole life, so wheelies were nothing. Everyone advised against a bike over 600, but I told em to fvck off.

Sweet ass ninja 250 90 style. Rode the life out of it for 15 minutes. Totalled it instantly. I had no idea what I was doing at 16 years old. Mom was pretty pleased when I told her how I just wasted 800 dollars in 15 minutes. Been riding ever since and even wrecked two more times!

I heard that the 250 was a great bike. It's a shame you recked so soon. :scared
