graves doesnt offer a full ti system for the 04-06?

 

honestly man you could spend $1000 or $200 on the exhaust. slipons dont add any noticable amount to your HP output. its all about your taste what slipons just jump out to you. check youtube for soundclips then just find the cans that you like visually and sound good to you.

 

i havent upgraded my exhaust because i only really do city driving and well highway driving but the 1 has enough power. if you want to go for the cheap method and still add some power/looks/sounds then go with baffled stock exhaust with no cat. also get the pipes cut while your at it.

 

Are you going to get better sound/performance out of a aftermarket Y-pipe as opposed to a gutted cat? If so, how big a difference will it make??

i believe that the cat delete will allow more air flow. also cool the bike down a little. since theres more air it will add more sound and performance. but you cant quote me on that. maybe another member with it done will chime in. i plan on doing it but no time =(

also if you do go any route make sure to get a power commander with a correct tune/map
