Im new to the forum and just picked up a 02 r1 a couple weeks ago and i need some help.

The previous owner installed New fuel injectors, Graves velocity stacks, Graves air box w/ K&N filter, Leo Vince full titanium exhaust . I not sure if he installed larger injectors or not but i would assume so. Anyway the bike skips at around 10,000 rpms at WOT in 1st and 2nd. Im assuming it might be getting too much fuel from the injectors but i wanted some different opinions.

Looking to get a power commander in the future to tie everything together but i dont have the cash now.

Can you elaborate? What is happening when you say it "skips"?

I thought it might be getting to much fuel and sputtering but I think its the famous 2nd gear dogs.

With all those mods I would think a Power Commander should be fitted as soon as possible, you fuelling will likely be well out at the moment
