I marked electrical the only one in the survey, buts thats the only problem and it was just a shorted plug due to not being properly fitted and it over heated. Oh yea got 34k on her.

34000 miles on a 99 R1. I had to change the clucth at 31000 miles. I let it go a little to long b4 I changed it. Also a new chain. Thats it in five yrs of owning her. A good bike

I actually had one problem with my 03 right after i got it . It would not idle correctly and would back fire when bliping the throttle right off of idle . then one day when i had it running in the garage i leaned on the tank and the idle changed. took off the tank and found the complete fuel system came off of the head or was never installed correctly from the factory. I reinstalled and never had any other problems.

I've had to change my oil pump. The fcking chain broke and almost seized up my engine!

My biggest problem is finding time to ride and finding time and money for track days. Other than that. No problems at all. I used to ride kawi's all the time, not any more!!!!
