I have a Suomy Spec1R and it is the best helmet I've ever owned. I tried putting my HJC on the other day and it felt like a brick on my head :lol

Basically, I think if you pay a decent amount for a helmet it will be a good one. (Suomy/Arai/Shoei etc)

Arai Quantum F or Corsair. The blue for the Quantum almost matches the R1 perfectly.

I have the Capirossi replica. I like it a lot, but those plastic protections on the side tend to fly when i hit the highway.
Am i going too fast? :crash

I wouldnt say they r quiet and warm. Since the top vent dont close.

There's only one colour for an Arai.....The man may be gone but his memory lives on.

I hope the Arai turns out to be the best, I'm waiting for my Hayden rep to pop up in the big-brown truck any day. I was <this close> to picking up a Bostrom Extreme rep, but I've got a big melon, and the Arai seemed to fit just that small fraction better.

I'm going to start selling these on Ebay I think I could get about $50 a pop for them so I should make a killing.

The bowl is about $6 and I can cover about 200 helmets with a $6 roll of duck tape.

What do you guys think?

I have to agree with you, my HJC was replaced by a Suomy. Excellent fit and very light.

 

I'm going to start selling these on Ebay I think I could get about $50 a pop for them so I should make a killing.

The Suomy is not a bad helmet I have the Spec 1R, After wearing it about 4 times the bolts that hold the visor came loose almost lost everything. Not very good quality control on a 500 dollar helmet.

You stand correct, poor quality is a Suomy trademark.
