In all reality it'd probably just be easier to drop the coin on the Translogic dash or whichever aftermarket you prefer.

I've been curious about this ever since I first saw the 2015 gauge screen. It's really cool and there's nothing like it from aftermarket manufacturers. It would be basically a useless mod, I know this, BUT it would look really cool. A gear indicator would be nice too.

No way this will be possible.
Keep in mind that this is just the display, the brain that is driving it is the ECU.

 

I know a lot of functions would be lost but it seems like the more basic ones could be rigged up. Gear indicator, tach, speedometer, low fuel light etc.

I'm sure the 2015 R1 dash is a hellava lot more expensive than some aftermarket options.

Maybe a wrecked 2015 which I'm sure you'll be able to find online soon. :corn

 

I've looked but even the OEM suppliers don't have prices listed. I'll keep an eye on ebay. Some careless idiot will destroy one pretty soon.
