The grey 3 pin connector plugs into your regulator rectifier it's your stator output wires. The black one in the pic with the same grey is your output from your regulator rectifier. And I'll look later at my 02 when I'm in the shop for the others

Looks like the black and red are for the positive and negative leads for the battery. Still unsure what the multi-pin connector is for.

 

Here is where they all go. And yeas red and black are battery leads red has a fuse inline. The multi plug goes to a relay. I think it's lights but I'll have to check my manual first
