I HAVE AN 07/08 R1 WITH A BLOWN OUT ENGINE. I WANT TO BUY AN ENGINE ASAP. CASH IN HAND. JUST WANTING A GOOD STRONG ENGINE. THANK YOU

If you are in the states check eBay. -- I have gone through four 07 motors. ( Yes four!) I honestly think it is the best looking year but engines in the 07/08's were shit. I finally was done and sold the bike and bought a 2016. So far it has held up.

I only killed one so far.. The bike looks sooo good. I don't want a newer year. I even sold my 04-06 just so I can buy what I need for my 07-08

Finally broke down and bought and eBay motor. $2010.00. Allegedly 16k mi. A broken rear engine mount. And right before the guy was supposed to send it he told me that one of the coils are broken. I’ll have to make do I guess.
