YEC "Street flash" quick shifter confusion

Hey Guys

i picked up a 2010 R1 recently and it has the YEC street flashed ECU which is can be tuned with a laptop and the stock wiring harness. i'd like to connect a quick shifter but due to it being the flashed YEC and not a genuine one im having trouble finding info on it.
theres an option in the software to enable the QS but im not sure which pin on the ecu is the signal wire.
I've read TAD158's FAQ on how to install a quick shift sensor to the bike and it states that pin 27 is the signal wire for the QS but ive read elsewhere that its pin 33 when dealing with a reflashed 'YEC' unit.

is anyone able to shed some light on this as it seems a lot of the info for the re flashed YEC has dried up and many of the people in the know haven't been active for years.

cheers

No such thing as a "YEC flash".....

I know it's not technically a YEC flash but it's the only way I know of describing it, I believe it was advertised on eBay as a "YEC flash" although not affiliated with YEC at all, there are bits and pieces about it that I've found in the forums but not much in the way of how to actually use it, it came with the USB cable and the software to tune it.
There's so much useful stuff in these forums so I just thought I'd ask to see if anyone was familiar with it or has the same flash is knows a little more about it.

Cheers

Since it is not F-T...they might use a different pin....

It is pin 27 if you had Flash-Tune....get the YEC manual and see what pin they use, since they claim to be a "YEC flash" that might be safer....

Does any one on here have info at all on this Street Flash "YEC ecu" at all? if someone else purchased it you might have the instructions on how to install it where you wired up the usb interface cable and which pins to use ect. those instructions might tell me how to wire up my quickshifter lol. it will be easy to tell if you have it because its probably the only ecu flash that uses yamahas matching system software to tune it Please help!
