Even you semi-pros were little squids at one point in your riding history - what was your best remembered and/or dumbest squid moment? I'll start:
On my first bike (600 Honda) I used to ride around in shorts, sandals and without a shirt. Yep. One Saturday night it was hot and my buddy and I were riding near a local fair. I had just recently had some neon lighting installed on the bike and I was really feeling cool. For you whipper snappers, we used to have to put NEON tubes on our bikes because LED's were still somewhat science fiction and very expensive.
I was in my usual skin gear and when we pulled up next to a stop-sign at the fair we started rev'n the motors. I got so into my image of bad ass on a bike with no shirt I forgot to put my feet down at the stop sign. And over on my side I went. After my buddy stopped laughing he helped me get my bike up where I then sat for probably was only a minute but felt like an hour, in front of all the people at this fairground, trying to get my bike started.
After I figured out that the kill switch was punched over I sheepishly got on my bike and putt'd away.
