Bike looks amazing man! :smileeek: Loving the nicoshine plated brackets
Thanks Steel, it is far better than chrome and has a better Rockwell rating in hardness. Not a big fan of chrome.

Awesome bike bro! I wont be able to miss that bad boy up at the Spur :thumbup
Been up there lately more on the M109R but when the R1M turns up that's where I'll be heading plus the Reefton Spur :icon_lol:

The attention to detail on your bike Steve is unbelievable!!!!.
Thanks Jamie, just have to replace some of the bolts with some Ti and the detail will be sharper. Over Winter I would say :secret:

Well finally getting back into some more detail for the SP. Have ordered this front axle bolt and Ohlins adjuster knob from Racetork in the UK and should be arriving soon. Sidestand will be my next project so I’ll see what I can do there.

Looks good. Such a quality build for sure.

How have you been mate. Not getting on here as much as I should lately, how’s the bike going?
How’s it been for you?

My bike is very good. Just been keeping low key with riding this summer, the Mrs is about to pop my first little one out. This fall it’s back on though.

This bike is titties though. One day when I’m not riding at my limit I plan on doing a really nice build.

Wow, you’re going to be a Father. Congratulations to you and your missus, there goes your bike. lol I have been riding around on my KTM 1290R and have 40,000 klms on it now, it is a great bike and I still have the M109R to cruise around in now and again so I’m happy as a pig in shit.

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know that I have just sold my 2006 R1SP and it’s cool as the new owner is only 10 minutes away so I can visit anytime. I must say that this was to be a keeper but as we age we enter a new phase in life and move on to other life rewards. I thank you all for the friendship and comments over the journey and wish all the best. Cheers [emoji482]
