Trying to figure out how to put them away for the winter while keeping them warm...

How is that center stand working out for you with the cracks in the floor and such? Is it sketchy when rolling it around or is it really stable?

Installed Shogun frame sliders and a tank pad.

Installed some Yosh chain adjusters.

And I like the fact that you can flip them 180 degrees if you wish to run a longer wheelbase, without having to run the adjuster bolts out any further.

Love that carbon belly pan. So far it's my favorite pan on the R1M. Nice shape and not fat looking towards the back like some of them.

Front and rear brake fluid flush and replace (also did this + clutch fluid on a 2013 Panigale 1199S) today.

Then had to "test" the setup with a run through the local twisties!!

Saturday had the suspension setup properly for me, and oh what a difference in the twisties it makes!!
