More likely to be the throttle position sensor, have you got any codes displaying?

I think it’s exup related cuz when I turn the hey it goes from 0 to 7k and back and forth

It's real easy to clean your EXUP. Pull it apart, clean and lube. A couple of cleaning/set up procedures:

After clean/lube and reassembly, start the bike, turn it off and then turn on the key. This will initialize the motor and you can check your adjustment. Also, don't make the cables too tight or you will get errors. Better to be a tad loose.
