I recently purchased the 2020. I have an AR GPR2 exhaust on order and I would like to flash it when it’s installed. I can't find any products on the market for the 2020. Does anyone have any suggestions?
This post is for Stan and everyone else too. I compare pre flash and tune after one lap at Nelson Ledges, this one includes fuel usage on this screenshot and my speed from last turn to finish line, engine temp to show the bike is running good. Take a look at the throttle, I am using less and have a higher speed out of the last turn. I can only compare 5 things at a time.![]()

That is your wrist, I also have throttle plate position data available which is also quite interesting. It was never 100% pre-flash and now it will go to 100%.Which sensor is that "acceleration position sensor "? It is your wrist or tps? I bet it is your wrist. The flash more than likely changed the throttle mapping so that your wrist gets more tps at a lower wrist angle.
Can you tell if the plate to wrist is 1:1 in power mode 1?That is your wrist, I also have throttle plate position data available which is also quite interesting. It was never 100% pre-flash and now it will go to 100%.

Here is a snip of data where I slid the back wheel just a tad trying different engine brake settings. This is mode A, slide 2, TCS 3Can you tell if the plate to wrist is 1:1 in power mode 1?
Kinda curious.
It's supposed to be, as the cute little graph in the owner manual explaining the feature shows a straight line at 45 degrees, clearly indicating a 1:1 ratio between throttle body and wrist.. and no, not literally since the stock bike doesn't give you all of it, but with the flash it does xDCan you tell if the plate to wrist is 1:1 in power mode 1?

You will notice the difference right away. EnjoyCool! I just got mine ! ..Can’t wait to flash my bike !!
This is the very same question I had. Can’t seem to find an answer anywhere. KilaCam’s video of his r1 with the SLR tune does the same thing. Ducatis with the OEM Ducati full exhaust with OEM tune also do the same.saw a youtube short from SLR where the r1 on the dyno kept backfiring with flames firing out of the exhaust on every upshift? No information on the post regarding if it was them adjusting the maps or if it's the final version but would that be harmful in the long run? or is it just par for the course? no shade meant, genuinely curious.
I know it’s normal, but the brentuning flash on Motonosity’s bike doesn’t do that so my main question is which process is more efficient/better? I do understand that might be a difficult question without getting both bikes on the same dyno with the same exhaust. That is just the small amount of unburnt fuel when it does the quick shift under acceleration. Totally normal. Looks and sounds pretty cool.
this is pretty cool. Even though not scientific, it is great people are enjoying that new flash and seeing improvements at the track. This post is for Stan and everyone else too. It will backfire less with the pulsed air injector system removed. It will still backfire though.I’m not completely sure about this because I didn’t do a before and after, but I heard it will not backfire if you were to install block off plates on the cam covers, valve cover, whatever. I installed them and have no popping like that. Maybe someone else can chime in on thoughts about this?![]()
