Hi I have a 1999 Yamaha r1 she's absolutely stunning but I have a problem with the front and rear lights. When I bought the bike only one headlamp was working the guy told me the bulb has just blown so I thought ok that's a minor problem I can fix, I bought two new bulbs and withing 5 mins one had blown? I bought another bulb then the opposite side bulb blew, I didn't touch them with my fingers so not sure why they keep blowing, also when I break my side lights come on? The instrument panel doesn't light up but comes on when I break, also when I signal left of right the rear indicators work but the opposite side glows lightly to? I have tried a few things I cleaned the white harness plug with contact cleaner and wire wool I have also re wired a ground wire on the front but I'm still having this problem. When I disconnect the white harness plug the rear lights work fine? Can anyone help I need to find out what's causing this to happen

Thanks Mark I wish I could check the battery volts but I don't have a multimeter to hand ? I have fitted a led relay and the signals flash at the correct rate, would it be the regulator rectifier causing these problems?? Any help would be much appreciated. I will post the problem once I solve it, thanks again.
