2015 R1 ECU Flash Options

I'll get right to it! I'm looking to flash my ecu on my 15 r1. I've seen several different options and outfits who offer the service. I want to find which one is the best for me. I'm keeping my stock exhaust(live in CA and don't want any problems) I may change the slip on eventually, but the cats staying.

I'm looking for a service (Mail in flash) to remove:

(1) Factory throttle (YCCT) restrictions

(2) Factory Ignition(timing retarding / top speed limiter) restrictions

(3) Disable the EXUP valve and allow removal of the servo motor

(4) lower cooling fan activation temp

The bike will spend most of it's time on the street and in the canyons, maybe a track day here and there.
Thanks,

The fueling is terrible on the bike. In power mode 1 the bike is terrible to ride around traffic. The throttle is so on/off it gives me the shits. There is already a thread on flat spots. I rode this back to back with my mates S1000rr. The BMW is super smooth in throttle transition. First mods are system and flash.

We will have something very nice for you guys soon. We don't want to roll it out too early, to make sure we have any imperfections ironed out. The service will cost a bit more than the others we have due to licensing, probably around $200. With that you'll get custom throttle maps that will drastically enhance smoothness and power delivery, along with completely revised fuel/ignition (beyond just basic timing)/ and some other nice tweaks, such as engine braking and the stuff you're used to, like lowered fan temps.

Friday last week I hit the topspeed-limiter on Mugello.
All my laptimes had the exact same topspeed.

So I used my FlashTune for the first time, and flashed the unrestricted stock file (AR exhaust not arrived yet)
All went well, and it was quite noticable change - smooth throttle control and topspeed-limiter gone.
+13km/h higher and 2 seconds lower laptime.

This can also be done as a mail-in service.

Yes...Mugello has 1 layout.

My fastest on my 2012 RSV4 "superbike built" was 2:01:90, so the new time was very satisfying.

Fastest time that day was 1:56 (some local italien guy that's on the track 1 day/week....we are there 1 weekend/year...)

Receiving my FT (bike harness) today, any chance of you posting a step by step walk thru of flashing the 2015 R1 with the unrestricted stock file?

Can you post up a bigger picture here of the dyno results. The one on your site is way too small to read even when you "enlarge it". :shake

I'm on my way to Flash Tune today to have my ECU flashed in the shop! The 2015 R1 has a terrible Fueling/flat spot between 4500rpm and 6000rpm. I've made the guys at flash tune aware and they have prepared a solution to cure this problem. I'll update later today when I get back from the FT shop in Orange, CA. I'm about 35 miles away so I'll get a good ride to test out the changes made
