Hello Everyone:

Looking to purshace a front stand for my 2020 R1. I was told that some of the stands will affect the abs sensor. Is there one in particular that you recomend? One that will not affect anything?

Thank you in advance your your suggestions.

Yes, I have the woodcraft and it works well. Just be aware for tire removal, you’ll want a center post stand. The forks can pivot if you use the woodcraft fork lift model (& possibly all of those types)? But it works great for putting on tire warmers or just lifting the front end off the ground.

If you are talking about the Pitbull one it's right between the axle and the caliper. It fits in that gap there. The only thing they did was for the ABS is make one a little shorter so it clears the wheel sensor. Pretty simple. the nice thing about it is if you have multiple bikes you don't need stands for each one. you can just purchase the adapter which is fairly cheap and swap it as needed.

Wouldnt a center pin stand be the best? Full flexibility in removing your wheels and pull apart the whole front end? I'm in the market for a new stand, likely going pitbull to match my rear stand, but just need to know which is most versatile for the r1. I dont need the stand to work work with other bikes, but definitely a stand that will allow me to full disassemble the wheel and brakes for full servicing.
