I have been trying to find a list of mods for the bikes in SBK. I was just wondering what all they do to those bikes, and how much of a difference in power they have. I know they obviously put a full exhaust, PC3, and ignition module, along with complete suspension, brakes, rims and bodywork/everything carbon fiber. What else?

PcIII, LOL. They use advanced and expensive fuel management systems like magneti marelli and others. Other than what you stated their motors are all built by top engineers and machinists.
A WSBK can have a lot of internal engine mods as well. The power levels are much higher than a stock bike. I remember seeing a list of allowed changes Ducati was abke to make for their 999s to be competitive, it was like a completely different engine.

BSB run the same FIM rules as WSB and although factory support is provided to a couple of the top teams most are done in house with off the shelf parts and some help from clever engineering. These bikes are not putting out WSB levels of power as they do not have the money to buy into the factory pool of special parts. But here is a Privateer Kawasaki ZX10 from 2 years ago. Remember this is not a factory bike and has "normal" tuning within the FIM rules.

I can only imagine what the full factory bikes put out. But damn 217 hp and not full factory support that is beastly.:scared:scared:scared:scared:scared
Other little tidbit - WSBK bikes are putting out more horsepower than the current Moto GP bikes, although the WSBK bikes weigh more, they also run steel rotors as opposed to the carbon ones the Moto GP guys use.
Handling of a GP bike versus the SBK bikes is very different. Much more radical on the GP bike, as the braking is much later and on throttle far sooner. Even Spies commented on it recently...
Significantly less gyroscopic effect in addition to the reduced MoE........ not to mention the geometry is probably far more adjustable with the parts available at that level.
