another suzuki crossover. sold my 98 SRAD gsxr600 last week, and picked up an 04 R1 this thursday, with only 373 miles on it, still had the paint on the tires! i couldn't pass up the deal i got. i've put 200 more miles on the last few days, and changed the oil today. and i gotta say this is an amazing machine! what a world of difference in every way from my last bike. the power delivery is incredible, handling is amazing, sound is unmatched, and it's my favorite bike aesthetically. i'm still breaking it in, so haven't even had the chance to feel the full power yet.

thanks for the welcome guys :)

from what i understand the previous owner was a harley guy. my guess is he had a midlife crisis and bought a sportbike. took it around the block a few times, and realized it wasn't for him. maybe that's why there's almost no miles on it.

either way, i'm in love!
